Personal information
-
All patients are required to provide contact details; including address, mobile telephone number, date of birth and email in order to secure an appointment
-
All patients will complete a medical history form at their first appointment and this will be updated on subsequent appointments. This is necessary to inform the consultation and treatment planning process

-
Patient information will not be shared with third parties
-
You will not receive unsolicited information from us
-
Bellissimo clinic does not send out promotions or use mailing lists. However should any third party do this claiming to be on our behalf without our knowledge you should contact us immediately
Appointments and cancellations
-
Bellissimo Clinic is popular and our appointments are valuable to our patients. Please provide at least 24 hrs notice (preferably longer) if you require to cancel or reschedule your appointment so that we may make the best use of our appointment diary
-
As a matter of principle we do not ask for a deposit prior to booking however if you do not attend your appointment or cancel within 24 hours of the appointment we may cancel all future bookings and ask for a £50 deposit prior to re booking. The £50 deposit will not be refunded unless you attend the appointment. The deposit will be refundable should treatment not be provided after consultation
-
Please do NOT attend the clinic for an appointment if you are unwell. If you are unsure, please call and discuss. Many treatments are contraindicated if you are unwell; this includes colds, cold sores or local skin infections
Top ups and review appointments
-
Review appointments are not arranged routinely after treatment however if you require a review please contact us and we will be more than happy to accommodate this
-
Dermal filler treatments are not offered with free top-ups
-
Botulinum toxin treatments at Bellissimo Clinic rarely require a "top-up". We ask that you wait the fill 14 days for treatment to take effect before contacting us if there are concerns. On the rare occasion where a top up is indicated you will be invited in for a review and a top-up free of charge may be carried out. Bellissimo Clinic reserves the right to refuse a free top up if this would compromise the treatment or health of the patient. In addition it may be revised if the top-up is requested with unrealistic / unreasonable expectations or in a region out-with the original treatment plan area
-
If a top up is requested it must be carried out within 2-3 weeks of the original treatment. If you are unable to attend when offered more than 1 appointment option within the 2-3 week window then no additional treatment or ‘top up’ is provided once the review period of 2-3 weeks has passed.
Urgent Review
-
If you need urgent medical care after your treatment such as in the event of severe allergy, anaphylaxis or anything else leading to medical emergency you should attend your local A&E department. Bellissimo Clinic can be contacted to provide treatment details directly by the emergency department if requested by them
-
If you are very concerned about a medical complication of your treatment but do not require emergency medical care at a hospital then the Bellissimo Clinic mobile phone is available 24 hours. Please keep in mind, outwith normal hours (10 am to 10pm) this would be for urgent situations only. Please do not contact us with routine enquiries, questions or concerns outwith normal hours.
